Standard customization
100 kits / SKU
Your label and packaging applied to product we already have in stock — no dedicated production run, so it ships on our normal lead time. A good way to test a new brand before committing to a full batch.
Dedicated batch (full OEM)
40,000 vials
Total across your full SKU mix — not 40,000 of a single molecule. Synthesized as your own exclusive batch and independently verified under your name. See how it works below.

How a dedicated batch works
This is the 40,000-vial tier — your order runs as its own batch, start to finish. (Standard customization from existing stock skips straight to production, on our normal shipping lead time.)
Timeline: about 4 days of production per molecule category — a dedicated batch spanning 3 categories runs roughly 12 days of production. Each category then goes through a 14-day in-house microbiological test before Janoshik submission; Janoshik’s own turnaround runs separately, on their schedule.
Design submission
Send your label/packaging artwork, or commission our design team (billed separately).
Exclusive batching
Your order is synthesized as its own dedicated batch — never pulled from shared stock.
In-house testing
Residual solvents, bacterial endotoxin, and microbial limits tested before anything moves further.
Third-party verification
Once in-house indicators pass, samples go to independent lab Janoshik — submitted under your name.
Delivery
Released and shipped as soon as the Janoshik result clears.
Sample approval first. Before mass production starts, we send photos or physical samples of your label and packaging for review. Production only begins once you sign off.

What's the minimum order for private label?

It depends on the tier. 100 kits per SKU if you're customizing from our existing stock — no dedicated production run. 40,000 vials total across your full SKU mix (not 40,000 of one molecule) if you want a fully dedicated, exclusive batch.
Can I use my own label design?

Yes — send your own artwork, or ask our team to design it for you (billed as a separate design fee, not part of the per-unit price).
How long does production take?

Every dedicated-batch order is. After our in-house QC (residual solvents, endotoxin, microbial limits) passes, we submit samples to Janoshik under your name — the product ships once that result clears.
