About this peptide

CJC-1295 with DAC (Drug Affinity Complex) is a synthetic 30-amino acid analog of growth hormone releasing hormone (GHRH 1-29), modified with a maleimidoproprionic acid linker that binds covalently to serum albumin via Cys-34. The albumin binding extends plasma half-life to approximately eight days. In research models the long half-life supports continuous receptor activation, reflected in study designs comparing pulsatile vs tonic GHRH signalling.
